McLean, VA, May 28, 2015 — Corcentric, a leading provider of cloud-based financial process automation solutions, announces the appointment of Kevin Harrison as Vice President of Operations. Harrison joins Corcentric with more than 19 years of experience in software deployment, training, and customer support.
In this position, Harrison will be responsible for project management and product implementation for all Corcentric financial process automation solutions, as well as customer support and training, pre- and post-implementation. He will oversee the company’s daily operations, ensuring implementation best practices and customer success.

Prior to joining Corcentric, Harrison served as Vice President of Professional Services at Meridian Knowledge Solutions, where he developed new implementation and support methodologies to improve quality, efficiency, and the overall customer experience. He has also served as VP of Professional Services at Rivermine, a telecom expense management company and as a principal consultant for both PwC and IBM.
