Cherry Hill, NJ, April 24, 2014 – The Financial Services Division of fleet management services provider AmeriQuest Transportation Services is ranked as the 10th largest private independent equipment finance company in the United States by annual funded new business volume, according to Monitor’s Top 25 Private Independents list, a leading equipment leasing and finance magazine.
The $157.9 million of business volume in 2013 was AmeriQuest’s strongest financial performance since its founding in 1998. The company designs specific financial products for a wide variety of customers which operate commercial trucking fleets, including Nestle and Cardinal Logistics.
Mike Hamilton, Senior Vice President of AmeriQuest Financial Services, noted that the division has become more successful as an increasing number of customers recognize the value of data-driven commercial truck financing and fleet planning. “We go in and look at how fleets are operating based on an analysis of historical factors such as maintenance and fuel data. We determine the total cost of ownership, including fleet replacement strategies, and recommend ways they can lower overall operating costs of 15-20% while increasing fleet productivity.”
