Mark P. Joyce

Mark Joyce is Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Corcentric. He sets the financial, human resources, and legal goals for the global company of 500+ employees.

Mark is responsible for Corcentric’s global business strategy that has generated substantial company growth. He led the company to secure a $200 million senior credit facility in 2018, and facilitated the acquisition of four companies since 2018: Source One Management Services, LLC, a leading tech-enabled procurement services provider, Netsend Ltd., a British firm offering electronic billing, invoice, and document distribution services, Determine, Inc., a leader in global Source-to-Pay and Enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management solutions, and Vendorin, LLC, an integrated payment network and supplier engagement platform. Additionally, Mark played an integral role in securing an investment in Corcentric by Bregal Sagemount, a growth-focused private capital firm focusing on high-growth companies.

Prior to joining Corcentric, Mark was Chief Financial Officer of NationaLease Purchasing Corporation and National Truck Leasing Association, Corporate Controller of the Goeken Group Corporation and a General Services Manager and Continuing Professional Education Instructor for RSM, LLP. Mark received his B.S. degree in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Ohio and his M.B.A. degree from DePaul University in Chicago.
