Douglas W. Clark
Executive chairman of corcentric
Doug Clark has served as Founder, President, Chief Executive Officer, and a Director of Corcentric (formerly AmeriQuest) since 1996. His professional experience includes stints in public accounting, investment banking, and as a technology and transportation entrepreneur.
Doug was instrumental in growing Corcentric into one of the leading tech-enabled business services companies with more than 2,000 customers throughout North America. During his tenure, he has led the company to be named nine times to the Inc. 5000 List of America’s “Fastest-Growing Private Companies.”
Prior to founding AmeriQuest, Doug was President of Amtralease, a national association of independent full service truck leasing companies. A Certified Public Accountant, Clark was a Vice President and Director of Drexel Firestone Inc., an investment banking firm. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Truck Renting and Leasing Association (TRALA) and is a Board member of AAA South Jersey and ACP. Clark also serves on the Executive Advisory Council of Rowan University’s Rohrer College of Business. He received his B.A. in accounting from the University of Miami and his M.B.A. in finance from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
Matt Clark
President and chief executive officer of corcentric
Matt Clark is the President and Chief Executive Officer for Corcentric. He is responsible for setting and steering Corcentric’s strategic vision along with its mission of empowering businesses to do more. His leadership has led to a substantial increase in employees, revenue, and the company’s growing presence in the B2B FinTech space. Since the beginning of 2018, Matt has guided the company through three acquisitions that position Corcentric as a global leader in Source-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash solutions.
Matt is an adviser and guest lecturer for the University of Maryland’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program, and is an active member of Vistage Chief Executive Group, which provides peer-to-peer mentoring for DC area business leaders. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.
James P. Connolly
Master of ceremonies
James P. Connolly is a stand-up comedian and radio/TV host known for his playful, confident style and quick wit. He attended Harvard University on a Marine Corps ROTC Scholarship. While serving in Desert Storm, he was ordered to write jokes for a Colonel. Arriving in Hollywood, he began to perform at LA’s major comedy venues and soon popped up on television, commercials and in small films.
James has appeared on America’s Got Talent, Comedy Central, HBO, in the new Netflix series, “Larry Charles: Dangerous World of Comedy”, and on the Audible Audio Documentary, “Strong Ending”. James can be heard daily on SiriusXM Comedy Channels, has hosted “Live From Here” for National Lampoon XM Radio, and recorded a “Blue Collar Radio Comedy Concert” for SiriusXM, He produces an annual Veterans Day Comedy Show benefiting the Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP).
